John Kesler leads the “Another Way Forward Leadership Movement” (awflm.com) that campaigns for leadership and trains leaders to have the maturity and capacity to pursue interrelated individual, collective, ecosystemic, local to global, emergent flourishing as an alternative to existing societal leadership.
This leadership movement is grounded in the practices and principles of integral polarity practice (IPP) developed and shared by John globally (theippinstitute.com). IPP is a spiritually grounded practice in a developmental framework that is designed to create the inner resources to support interrelated individual, collective, and ecosystemic flourishing.
John is the designated “facilitator” of the Flourishing Network sponsored by Harvard University. John co-founded and chairs the global NGO, YOUnify (younity.org), that models and trains how to engender emergent flourishing in communities and broader societal contexts. Adam currently develops VPs at Google DeepMind and other areas of Alphabet through a hybrid approach that integrates executive coaching, developmental psychology, and experiential learning.
