I will announce a new leadership movement that combines the richness of evidence-based leadership that supports interconnected individual, collective, and ecosystemic flourishing with integrally informed developmental perspectives. It is called “Another Way Forward Leadership Movement” (awflm.com).
I will briefly describe key principles of leadership that supports such flourishing that are supported by my integral polarity practice (IPP).
I will briefly describe key elements of later (I call it “mature”) integrally informed capacities and skills that are also supported by IPP that are needed for local to global transformative leadership
I will then briefly describe how combining these two powerful domains of theory and practice into a higher synthesis, results in the foundation for a powerful new leadership movement that can uniquely address the pervasive failure of societal institutions and leadership,
We will then engage in a “we space” conversation on this topic.
