No, the price of the ticket only includes admission the conference.  Travel, Hotel, or other accommodation are booked separately.

Online Tickets provide access only to live streaming during the conference.

In-person tickets do not include online access during the conference. 

After the conference both In-Person and Online tickets include access to a recording of highlighted presentations from the conference.
