Dr. Darrell Gooden (Memeticist): explores the value systems, narratives, and meaning structures that govern how individuals and organizations perceive, decide, and act. As an organizational transformation strategist and systems thinker his work focuses on complex institutional change, governance, and socio-technical systems. He served as a Navy Transformation Manager and Chief Strategist, leading enterprise-level technology initiatives affecting 30,000 personnel across operational sites. He won the Federal 100 Award for implementing a Navy AI supply chain management application. He taught Spiral Dynamics Integral at the Adizes Graduate School and lectures internationally on organizational innovation and cultural transformation. His research interests examine the intersection of organizational culture, digital transformation, applied AI, and emerging technological risks to institutions. He holds Degrees in Information Systems, Technology Management and Organizational Transformation.
