Peace erodes at the point where the capacity to coerce overtakes the capacity to relate. That boundary is now encoded in algorithms, automated through hybrid state–technocratic surveillance systems and deployed across military networks in ways that outpace every ethical and legal framework designed to govern them. This presentation argues we have arrived at precisely that boundary and that integral frameworks are not peripheral to that crisis but central to any coherent response. Drawn from Chapter 15 of a forthcoming volume on peace leadership, this presentation introduces the Peace Architecture Model (PAM) — a developmental systems framework mapping four recursive layers of relational capability: interior integration, relational holding, field coherence, and functional institutional design.
