We want to broaden the impact that meta-theory can have upon all aspects of the societies in which we belong and have intentionally invited people from a variety of communities to the Future Human conference. This means we will have among us people with various levels of knowledge about Integral and Metamodern Theory, philosophy, theology, psychology, AI, and psychedelics. 

 We hope to keep our interactions clear and mature throughout.  We thus ask you to incorporate the following suggestions in your interactions:

     I will focus on listening to other perspectives with an open mind.

      I will remain aware of my own interior and the possibility of shadow.

      I will prioritize learning and resonance over argument and debate.

      I will share my perspective as an offering not as a teaching.

  Before criticizing another person or aspects of the conference, I will make myself aware of the possible reasons behind their actions or speech.

  I will ask questions first.

I will avoid elitism in any form, including weaponizing developmental models in a way that creates unnecessary separation, backgrounding my egoic needs for self-aggrandizement and self-promotion

I will help to recognize the contributions of volunteers, speakers, and conference organizers.
