Lunch is provided for all attendees. Breakfast and the free drink coupons for Happy Hour is included only if you are staying at the Embassy Suites. These are Embassy Suite amenities, not ICON. You will need to make your own arrangements for dinner.

No, the price of the ticket only includes admission the conference. Hotel or other accommodation is booked separately. We recommend staying at Embassy Suites, the location of the conference.

No, you can book any venue you wish. However, the Embassy Suites is offering a conference rate of $139.00 a night which includes breakfast and a free happy hour each evening.

Embassy Suites has established a reservation portal for ICON at the hotel here. We recommend you reserve early since the rooms are limited.

Yes, the published rate is $13.00 per night. The Conference rate is $9.00 per night. Check-in at the front desk before you scan the QR parking  code to get the discounted rate.

The reports to hotel allow up to four people per room. Please verify this upon check in.

Yes. There is a Manager's Evening Reception each night with Free Drinks! The hotel bar is just down the hallway from the conference room. There are no limits to the drinks you can have. However, intoxicated individuals will be cut off and their picture will be displayed in the next morning warm-up session (just kidding).
