For All Attendees

Practice Gratitude

Have gratitude for sharing in the presence of others who are committed to their personal growth, understanding, and our collective development. Recognize the contributions of volunteers, presenters, conference organizers, and participants who make the event possible.

Inclusive and Respectful Engagement

Listen attentively and respectfully, refraining from interrupting the presenter. Interrupting a presenter is a dismissable offense. Hold questions or comments until designated Q&A sessions or breaks. Foster an environment of inclusivity, treating all presenters and fellow audience members with respect, irrespective of differing opinions or backgrounds.

Constructive Inquiry

When asking questions, focus on enriching the dialogue. Avoid confrontational or divisive questions that detract from the learning experience. Consider how your questions may be of interest not only to yourself but to all present. Prioritize learning and resonance over argument and debate.

Active Listening

Embrace the presentation as an opportunity for growth and learning, engaging with the content to expand your perspectives. Listen actively, focusing on the significance of the ideas presented and their potential to contribute to deeper understanding and knowledge.

Self-Reflection on Inner Dynamics

Recognizing that your perceptions and reactions are often colored by your own inner landscape. Please maintain an ongoing awareness of potential for egoism and projecting psychological shadow. This self-awareness allows all of us to navigate discussions with greater clarity and integrity, ensuring that your contributions are constructive and reflective of your best self. 

Contribute to Collective Wisdom

Recognize the importance of your engagement, even as a member of the audience your are a participant. Your inner attitude and outer behavior contributes to the shared experience and collective understanding of everyone present.

Guidelines for Presenters

Respectful Discourse

Ensure that your presentation respects the dignity of all individuals and groups. Avoid targeting or singling out individuals or groups negatively. Especially in ways that defame, adversely impact reputation, or could be considered libel. Your talk should aim to uplift, educate, and inspire without causing harm or offense.

Integrity of Knowledge

Base your arguments and claims on peer-reviewed, scrutinized data. Maintain transparency about your sources to uphold the integrity of your presentation.

Constructive Dialogue

Present ideas that encourage unity, innovation, and intellectual curiosity. Steer clear of divisive topics, focusing instead on fostering a positive and inclusive discussion environment.

No Commercial Motives

Refrain from promoting personal or employer-related products, books, or businesses during your talk. Focus on sharing ideas, research, and technologies that contribute to the dialogue without serving a commercial interest. You can talk about your work, but not as a sales pitch to the audience. Refrain from informing people about products offered for purchase. If you are not clear if your presentation is in conflict please contact the organizers.

Copyright Compliance

Ensure all materials in your presentation are properly cleared for use under copyright law, with necessary permissions documented. These presentations will be recorded and shared on the internet.

Approach your presentation with sincerity, allowing your Authentic Self to connect with participants, fostering a deeper understanding and engagement.

Encourage Active Participation

Motivate the audience to engage thoughtfully with your ideas, emphasizing the value of collective insight and understanding.
