T has built two successful organizational consulting, training and coaching firms and led system-wide organizational improvement, development and change initiatives across diverse client sectors including healthcare, pharma, aerospace, high-tech, automotive, engineering services, manufacturing, and telecom.

T has advanced degrees in Organizational Studies, Counseling Psychology, and Organizational Communications. He has served as adjunct faculty at Northeastern University, Stonehill College, University of North Carolina Asheville and Oakland University.
