Dr. Russell Fitzpatrick brings over three decades of experience in human potential, learning, and organizational development to his current work exploring human transformation through collaboration with AI. He has held senior corporate leadership roles in learning and development, including Chief Learning Officer at The Vertex Companies, and he currently serves as Director of Talent Management at Indian River State College, focusing on faculty and staff development in higher education. Dr. Fitzpatrick earned his PhD in Transformative Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies, where his research examined the relationship between consciousness development and leadership capacity.

He maintains an independent research practice alongside his institutional work and is the author of “The AI-Enhanced Leader: How to Upgrade Your Thinking and Leading” and “The MOST Approach: Using Your Mind to Upgrade Your Brain”.
