When Roman was 19, he injured my back lifting weights. He spent the next year nearly unable to walk and in searing nerve pain all of his waking hours. And it was the best thing that ever happened to him.

Having lost his physical health, he achieved perfect psychological health—what the psychologist Abraham Maslow called self-actualization. Through deep introspection, he resolved all of his psychological problems. And since then, he’s taken the insights this has provided him into human psychology to numerous fields of endeavor.

Roman has written 6 books, which focus on different facets of self-actualization, and which have collectively sold over 130,000 copies.

Roman works as a fulltime educator at a private Montessori school, applying his knowledge of self-actualization to working with Preschool and Elementary school children.

He is a certified Life Coach in the Calling in “The One” method, helping his clients rise to their fullest potential in their inner romantic relationships.
