Nicole Churchill is the architect, designer, and lead facilitator of Medicine Dharma, a cyclical, nature-based Integral psycho-spiritual practice focused on shadow integration, group coherence, and developmental healing. Her work emphasizes ethical containment, relational pacing, and the cultivation of intersubjective We-Space through ritual, archetypal process, and integrally informed psychedelic inquiry.

Nicole also serves as Head of School, Curriculum Designer, and Senior Teacher at Planetary Dharma, where she supports the coherence and health of the school’s educational programs and contributes to the design and delivery of psycho-spiritual training grounded in developmental theory, depth psychology, and contemplative practice.

She is a trained as a Psychedelic Therapist and board-certified Music Therapist (MT-BC), and is the founder of One Big Band, a global music therapy initiative oriented toward collective healing and intersubjective resonance.
