With a career spanning more than three decades in multiple roles across industries including technology, healthcare, transportation, and hospitality, Eric brings a rare breadth of lived experience to his work allowing him to navigate complexity with clarity and pragmatism. He is a registered acupuncturist, mindfulness practitioner, and coach, with formal study in philosophy and the social sciences, cognitive behavioural therapy and neurolinguistic programming.
