Christopher Lawley serves as an Impact Concierge and strategic advisor for purpose-driven organizations, functioning as the connective tissue between leadership vision and systemic health. As the Team Lead for Planet Dharma and founder of the Conscious Transformation Collective in Calgary, he specializes in the human side of growth, designing collaboration ecosystems that act as a healthy nervous system for scaling teams. His work integrates over 20 years of practice in the universalist Namgyal lineage of Vajrayana Buddhism with incisive organizational systems design.

As a facilitator of “We-Spaces,” Christopher leads innovative initiatives such as Leadership Circles and Wisdom Cohorts. These capacity-building environments allow staff to align individual purpose with broader organizational missions, fostering deep trust and psychological safety.
Christopher has been practicing and training in the universalist Namgyal lineage of Vajrayana Buddhism and Western Mysteries for close to two decades with the Clear Sky Center/Planet Dharma sangha. This deep contemplative background allows him to bring “Deep Listening” to his consulting, reflecting clarity back to leadership teams to reveal previously invisible patterns and opportunities.
In addition to his professional advisory work, Christopher serves on the organizing committee for the Integral Conference of North America (ICON) and is dedicated to building integral community through local and international facilitation.
