    About

    Chad Bennett is a developmental coach and Integral Rinzai Zen priest. He spent 13 years at Outward Bound where he designed wilderness meditation courses for young adults. A former psychotherapist, having recently closed his practice, he is most interested in evolving integrative practices for Waking Up, Growing Up and Cleaning up. Chad now stewards a body of practices called Mitra.
