The central claim is that Integral capacities—developmental awareness, perspectival flexibility, and relational skillfulness—are emerging as essential leadership functions. Therapists, coaches, and facilitators increasingly serve as sensemakers who help people orient action without collapsing into utopianism or fatalism.
