Integral has grown as a powerful meta-framework, yet many younger seekers will never open a theory book. This session is a Gen Z field report on how an intellectual movement becomes a lived culture. I’ll share a compact “theory-to-culture” model (how ideas become rituals, relationships, aesthetics, and institutions) and translate it into concrete moves we can make now, including wise engagement with emerging and ecstatic technologies.
The second half is a participatory we-space. In small groups we’ll explore: How do we make Integral accessible to embodied, relational, and imaginal intelligences, not just cognitive ones? How do we create multiple entry paths for those aligned with our values but coming through different types? How do elders and younger practitioners learn the grammar of right transgenerational relationship, reviving lineage without rigidity? We’ll harvest patterns, map experiments we can run until the next ICON, and close with commitments and connection pathways.
