Building We-Space in Teams: Real-Life Journeys to Collective Wisdom with Duncan Cryle, Karen McAllister and Christopher Lawley
DATE & TIME:
May 30, 2026 3:45 pm - 4:30 pm
event description
Individual practice can be deep and transformative—and still fail to show up when we gather. In teams, unspoken tensions, misaligned agendas, and old habits quickly take over. Even groups of advanced practitioners default to reactive patterns and ego-maneuvering.
This interactive workshop explores how teams move beyond individual practice to access collective wisdom through We-Space.
Drawing from decades of experience in contemplative communities, nonprofits, education and corporate settings, the facilitators will share stories and guide participants through practical exercises that create actual coherence and resonance.
Participants will engage in guided practices to:
– Arrive together – synchronized presence beyond separate individuals
– Hear and share stories – sense into what’s alive and working
– Speak and listen from the intersubjective field – access collective wisdom
Duncan Cryle, Karen McAllister, and Christopher Lawley bring 60+ combined years from Clear Sky Retreat Center and Planet Dharma developing integral approaches to collective wisdom. Their experience spans contemplative communities, corporate mindfulness (IBM, SS&C), and nonprofits. They specialize in creating We-Space where teams access genuine intersubjective intelligence.
