The next generation of AI and decentralized platforms is being built now—mostly by people unfamiliar with vertical development. Meanwhile, developmental coaching remains inaccessible to most people who might benefit from it. This workshop brings these realities with the possibilities together through direct, embodied exploration.

Rather than analyze conceptually, we’ll use integral embodiment practice to sense into all four quadrants—exploring what they feel like, what behaviors they enable, what culture they create, and what systems they require.

Participants will physically move through the four quadrants, exploring the technologies from individual and collective perspectives, interior and exterior dimensions. You’ll discover your natural affinities and blind spots, engage in cross-quadrant dialogue with fellow practitioners, and collectively surface the requirements that must guide technological design when the goal is coherence rather than extraction.
