When our teacher, Qapel, passed in October 2024, our sangha faced an urgent question: How does spiritual community continue when its guru dies? Our answer emerged through necessity: transitioning from guru-centered practice to collective holding, or “Group Guru.”

This session explores how individual meditative depth translates into collective consciousness. Drawing from 20 years navigating mistakes and trust-building, I share practical insights about creating coherent We-Space.

Our journey embodies intersubjectivity as a distinct dimension of development, neither reducible to stages nor states. Moving beyond the “Great Individual” paradigm requires allowing each other to be human and hold space together.

This bridges Vajrayana practice, psychology, and Integral frameworks – a new Fifth Turning of awakening practitioners creating “a blessed Buddha Field.” The session includes experiential elements for participants to taste this collective field: resonance to coherence to We-Space.
