We are living through a convergence of environmental, social, political, and socioeconomic crises that increasingly resist traditional solutions. What if the challenge is not simply to solve these conditions, but to adapt to them in more developmentally mature ways?

In this talk, Eric draws from a lifetime of cross-disciplinary experience and lived experimentation to explore the emergence of second-tier worldviews as a necessary response to adapting humanity to the metacrisis.
