“Art is a lie that makes us realize the truth.”
In many relationships—between managers and employees, parents and children, clients and colleagues—we get stuck.
The dilemma is clear, yet nothing moves.
Participants are invited to bring one real situation from work or daily life and explore it through two artistic lenses: Cubism, which holds multiple perspectives at once, and Surrealism, where apparent contradictions are no longer treated as contradictions.
Just as Picasso challenged viewers through painting, this workshop invites participants into a process that moves beyond a culture of binary opposition.
Rather than choosing A or B, fixing or solving, the focus is on how perception can shift when opposing elements are held without forcing resolution.
Through simple guided practices and shared reflection, participants experiment with this way of seeing and explore how new possibilities can emerge through a different relationship to complexity.
