Our world is teetering on the brink of unprecedented change and upheaval. Second Tier perspectives and values are contributing to these seismic tensions.
ICON recognizes that the time has arrived to bring forth an explicit vision for humanity’s future that is sensitive to traditional values and offers unifying solutions to the complex problems we face as a species.
ICON has been central to the development of the Global Integral Alliance, an international association of integral entities whose goal is to unite and support the various organizations throughout the world sharing in this trajectory for humanity.

Committed to sustainability and continuity, ICON organizes a biennial North
American conference. This fosters supportive collaborations to amplify our collective impact through the exchange of ideas and resources.
